Processing & Delivery Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

• Standard delivery time is 2–8 business days.

• Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or in case of high order volumes. We’ll notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Area

• Serenia® ships only within Lebanon at this time.

Delivery Details

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase. Serenia® is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Missed Deliveries

• If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a second attempt. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us and reshipping fees may apply.

No Returns or Refunds
